Rosanne Andrews and her husband Jim moved to East Stroudsburg in 1969 to start their business, East Stroudsburg Hardware, on Crystal Street. Living in East Stroudsburg since 1969 gives me a very good perspective on the local area and the changes it has gone through. Since 1998 Rosanne spends the lion’s share of her time selling real estate while her husband operates the hardware store. Rosanne specializes in Buyer’s Agency and the listing and sale of residential homes. Continuing to educate herself, while earning several designations, Rosanne is current on all the markets trends, including short sales and foreclosures. Rosanne takes an active role in local organizations for real estate professionals. She currently serves on the Grievance Committee for the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors.
